We used Joyce Ingrassia Venice to sell our home in Venice and she was outstanding. Before choosing a real estate agent, I conducted a lot of research to see who would be the best choice based on the investment they make into selling the property (time and effort, not necessarily financially) and how they promote their listings. The Keller Williams group stood out as the best Venice has to offer: their organic rankings are excellent (meaning people find listings on her site easily), their social media presence was strong, and I could tell they put a lot of work into their listings. We spoke with Joyce and then met with her at our home. She spent hours answering our questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes they sell, how long their listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of info on comps in the area. Joyce made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other Realtors don't (but should), like having a pro come and give us staging tips, having professional photographs taken, and a lot more. When we saw our listing we were blown away. Her hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off - our listing looked amazing and knocked out the competition. We had 3 days of showings and 7 offers to choose from. Our house went under contract 4 days after we put it on the market well above asking price. We accepted and Joyce walked us through every step of the closing process. It couldn't have been a more pleasant experience. I've recommended the Joyce to everyone I know. She is a true professional and a genuinely nice person. I realize it won't always be this easy to sell your home, but I think you'd be hard pressed to find a better Realtor.

About Joyce

WHO IS JOYCE INGRASSIA?

I'm originally from Massachusetts where I began my Real Estate in 2000.  I possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management and Finance.  For many years I worked in hi-tech as a Financial Controller, and Corporate Controller.  I also worked several years in the AWACS division for the Air Force at Hanscom AFB.  I believe my background and experience has provided a strong foundation and contributed largely to my success as a licensed Real Estate Agent. 

Most of my business has come from referrals -- neighbors, friends, family and previous customers.  I am very proud to have built a successful business by referrals because they highlight my strengths and show that my clients trust and respect my work ethic.  I am always honored when someone puts their trust in me and allows me to serve them.  I pride myself on developing a strong line of communication with my clients so that their real estate transaction is not only as seamless as possible, but also a fun and enjoyable experience.  My previous experience and education is the foundation that provides me with customer service experience, attention to detail, and being able to ensure that my client's expectations are exceeded.  Staying ahead of this quickly changing, demanding market is one of the keys to my success.  Social media, software applications and other programs are utilized daily in this business.
