Veronica helped me through both the buying and selling process this year. We had a limited search area in a very competitive market. When it came time to bid on the place we bought, Veronica gave great advice on what we needed to bid (including price, escalation clause, and other terms) to win the place. When we closed, the sellers had not fixed something that was part of the contract, and Veronica negotiated a fair payment that allowed us to close on time. While Veronica was great in the buying process, she was amazing in the selling process. We closed on a Friday and left for vacation at 7AM on Saturday morning. Veronica set up the painters (who came on Saturday), worked with the cleaning service (on Sunday), and the stager (who came on Monday and Tuesday) to get the place ready for listing. It was listed on Thursday and done with very little involvement on our part. We listed in August, which is a slow month for DC, and we didn't receive an offer the first weekend it was on the market. Veronica generated two offers the following weekend and we ended up selling the place for more than list price. It was a great experience, and I'd highly recommend Veronica if you're looking to purchase or sell a home.

About Veronica

Veronica was born and raised Barcelona, Spain. She grew up around her parents' real estate and construction business, which led to her lifelong interest in the industry, and in helping people. Before she launched her career as an agent, Veronica was a professional swimmer on the Spanish National team, where she discovered her interest in meeting people from different cultures and backgrounds. Veronica also worked as a labor law consultant for Deloitte, after graduating from the University of Barcelona in Labor Law. Veronica has been teaching for years and was the first one to introduce Buyer Representation in Spain by teaching and introducing ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative). Furthermore, she has spoken and taught in several National Real Estate Conventions in Spain.

Veronica is known within the industry for her work ethic, market knowledge, local and international expertise, and love for the business. She has helped more than 400 people over 20 years to buy, sell, and invest in real estate, and her enthusiasm is contagious. Veronica works with international and local home buyers and sellers in the D.C., Northern Virginia, and Montgomery County markets.
